To run pen on windows:

1. Download Python 2.5 and install it.
2. Download Pygame SVN and install it.
3. Download Penmunk and install it.
4. Download Pen SVN. Unzip it.
5. Download maskutils and drop it in the src/ folder of Pen.
6. Run pen.py in the src/ directory.
